We will not sell, distribute, or advertise any of the files you send us. We have a secure server and will delete all record of your parts upon request. We can also save the parts in our system so if you want to order them again you don’t have to re-upload them.

The software will automatically unfold your 3D sheetmetal bent parts. Keep in mind that the bend radius and bending “K” factor may be adjusted by our software to make sure the part is bent most accurately on our brakes using our tooling. Quickly create standard parts such as base plates, flanges and bracketry from a library of templates, and customize them to your needs.

Choose between Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.

Steel between .05 to .1345 we use grade 44W. From .1875 to .75 we use grade 50W.

We also offer weathering (atmospheric) steel which will rust quickly and then develop an oxide layer over time to turn it black and help protect from the elements.

Aluminum is available in both 5052 (less expensive) and 6061 (more structural). 6061 aluminum cannot be bent easily without cracking so select 5052 if you need a bent part.

We offer free shipping across North America. Your order can ship in as little as 2 DAYS! While we can’t control courier times, we are well setup to find the fastest route to your door.
Production lead times are as follows. This is from the time the order is paid to the parts leaving our facility and this is regular Monday to Friday business days, it doesn’t include weekends.
