    Lean Machine is a Canadian Contract Manufacturer in Saskatoon, SK.

    Lean Machine is known to customers for problem-solving. We often say “give us your hardest or most painful product and we will find a way to make it easier”. We do not have our own products. We focus solely on manufacturing.

    Our History

    Lean Machine started in 2006 as a small machine shop. Starting with a manual mill and eventually adding a full lineup of CNC machining equipment, Lean Machine evolved to be a full production component supply shop. In 2010, Shaun Puff and Zach Kleinsasser purchased Lean Machine and have grown it to several plants with a wide range of capabilities.
