OUR BUSINESS
Lean Machine is known to customers for problem-solving. We often say “give us your hardest or most painful product and we will find a way to make it easier”. Lean Machine does not have our own products and stay far away from marketing so we can focus solely on manufacturing.
OUR PEOPLE
Lean Machine employs top industry professionals and we have many opportunities for advancement. Over 80% of our leaders have been promoted from within! We have a strong Continuous Improvement culture that allows employees to put in ideas of how to make their job easier and we even award a prize each month for the top ideas.
OUR HISTORY
Lean Machine started in 2006 as a small machine shop. Starting with a manual mill and eventually adding a full lineup of CNC machining equipment, Lean Machine evolved to be a full production component supply shop. In 2010, Shaun Puff and Zach Kleinsasser purchased Lean Machine and have grown it to several plants with a wide range of capabilities.
