Steel Welding

At Lean Machine we use digital welding equipment made by Fronius which allows a wide variety of settings to meet the many needs to produce the weldments we produce for our customers. The Fronius welders allow us to produce consistent quality on our MIG and TIG welds, while also maintaining an efficient speed to allow us to keep costs down.

With the help of our engineering department, we develop jigs to allow for easily repeatable weldments to be efficiently produced and allow us to maintain a high standard of quality every time we produce a part.

Robotic Steel Welding

We use robotic steel welding to produce high volume, repeatable parts. Using custom made jigs to set up the parts, we program instructions to a robotic arm that will allow us to efficiently produce high quality parts with minimal set up time. Our robotic welding cell is set up efficiently so that while the robot is working on one side of the cell, the operator can efficiently set up the next part for welding without any downtime.
