Accurpress CNC Press Brakes
At Lean Machine, we have several CNC Press Brakes that allow us to bend a wide variety of parts, ranging from simple single bends to complex multiple-bend parts. Our brakes go from 60 tons all the way up to 275 tons. One huge difference is that we measure our bends with a vernier caliper instead of a more traditional tape measure!
We carry a wide range of tooling for the machines allowing us to work with a wide variety of materials and thicknesses ranging from 22 Gauge Stainless Steel, ½” Steel, 3/8” Aluminum, and many more. With the range of tooling on hand, we can set up sectionals for multiple set-up parts, to allow for minimal tool changes and more efficient bending.
Robotic Brake Press
We also have a robotic brake press for high volume repetitive parts allowing us to keep costs down and deliver quality parts. Using a robotic arm, we are able to set up trays of repeat parts to produce efficient and quality bent parts that would take a long time to manually produce. The robot brake uses sensors to collect the parts from the tray, place them on the dies, and bend. We even have tooling that has been designed and produced by 3D printing to allow for one hit bends on certain parts.
